"The food was OK. Need more variety for breakfast had the same Menu for breakfast every morning. The grounds were beautiful the rooms not so much had mold in the bathroom stayed for a week on two separate reservation. I switched to a different room type on the second reservation. "This was our first time in Jamaica and we are SO happy with our stay. I am always a bit weary of hotels but this one was great, clean and welcoming. The beach and pool were clean as well. Staff was very attentive and nice."

"Liked location and ease of booking. Unit out of date, someone entered the unit after we checked in and our belongings were there. No coffee, towels tattered, lights, fans confusing out of date. Bathroom needs to be gutted. "

"This hotel is clearly outdated. The tiles in the room were cracked and stained, the tub was cracked and peeling, the shower sang every time you turned the water on, the toilet ran on and on, even after jiggling the handle, the staff barely speak to you unless you speak first (this includes staff in the dining area, front desk, cleaning lady, pool guy, and at the bar), the food tastes like it was sitting in the freezer for months, defrosted in the microwave and served, the "security key card box"...
