"Pool was nice, water park was a blast. The food and food choices were the worst u have even been around. Crazy way to check in restaurants only 24 hrs prior. Water sports we were rushed on our pedal boat so he could eat lunch. Service was horrible in the buffet. Room service couldn't fill our mini fridge correctly. Had to request drinks 4 different times for the mini bar. Entertainment was great for children. Not much for adults. Rooms were clean"

"The resort was nice. A lot of construction going on when we were there in the main lobby. Had to go to the nurse one of the days because I stepped on a sea urchin and the nurse was very helpful. The resort it self was nice and the food was acually not bad at all. The buffet was good and the al la carts were okay. Definitely do the Hibatchi. "

"Very nice resort. Very clean!!! Food was okay. Beach was beautiful; loved how there were palm trees everywhere and so you could pull up a lounge chair for shade. I understand it was a kid friendly resort but I absolutely hated having pure alcohol poured on top of the slushee drink. You would think at least at the adults only pool, that that could be mixed in in the machine. As for the staff, I have to say I am disappointed. I stayed at a RIU in Cancun last year and the staff were exceptional. I...

"It's a lovely place to come for a good get away. Customer service was top tier, rooms were remarkable clean, the food was absolutely amazing and beach view was great aswell I will most definitely be returning."

"I found the male staff members to be very flirtatious and sexually forward in a way that made me feel uncomfortable as a female traveling alone. It felt very unprofessional. My air conditioner leaked a giant puddle on the floor and even though I mentioned it several times, it took them three days to fix it. The outlets don't work to charge a cell phone and I was left with a dead phone for 48 hours. I didn't find the buffet until the last day. It wasn't a great experience."
