"Beautiful hotel but be ready to walk lol. Our room was located on the other side of the resort so.. the staff for the most part is pretty nice and friendly with the exception of certain individuals who were rude and not welcoming. The team responsible for the entertainment is amazing and those young people deserve all the flowers! They were ready to turn the rainy day into a bliss of laughter and games! The menu needs help, it’s very repetitive and when you spend longer than 3 days it gets very boring. Someone needs to bring a little more flavor! The bars are great and ready to help anyone. Overall very good experience "

"The property was built long ago and so it doesnt have all the most modern facilities, but our room was on the 4th floor and it had a wonderful view. The newer property "cornwall" is more modern 😁. But this property had more vibes."

"Quiet and relaxing resort. The beach is beautiful as well as the property. The pools were always clean. We felt safe and welcomed. The food was very good at all of the resturants. The staff was always friendly and accommodating with a smile. I would return and will recommend to my friends and family. They even sent a nice surprise plate of desserts to our room for our anniversary. It was all very nice and even with it being a large resort all of the staff treats you like they know you. "

"I really like that it is close to the airport. Staffs are friendly. l love the nightly shows and parties, and I appreciate that the organization did not close down while the renovation/construction is going on, this makes people still have jobs. This shows that they are a people person. I also like that they are family oriented, I enjoyed seeing kids involved in the shows, and I appreciate when they recognize birthdays of both kids and adults. I learnt that Catalonia has lots of locations in different countries. I will definitely be staying with them again"
