"Sehr liebevolles, gepflegtes Hotel mit einem sehr aufmerksamen, überaus freundlichen und kompetenten Team. Der Strand ist wunderschön und weitläufig, sodass man jederzeit Ruhe genießen kann.
Wir würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder besuchen und weiterempfehlen!
Es gibt jede Menge Aktivitäten am Strand, wie z.B. Stand-Up-Paddeling und Schnorcheln, jedoch fehlte uns persönlich so etwas wie Tennis, was für uns das einzige Manko darstellte."

"Good value for money, can tell it's an old building but maintained and refurbished very well. Close to everything in kingston. Love the complimentary infused water in the lobby. The lobby always has a pleasant smell on entry. Only complaint would be the quality of the room service food, would give a 3/5 there. Room can be a bit noisy depending on the entry and exit of other guests, but its mostly quiet."

"Rooms were very clean as well as the entire property. Staff wasn’t as customer service friendly as expected. I know cultural difference may play a part. But there were a few that were extremely nice (Saneika at the inside bar and Jahmarie at Rosehall). True customer service friendly. Remembered my drink daily and my coffee and juice request for breakfast. The entertainment was lacking overall in the day. DJ plays for himself and the crew few years back was more interactive poolside etc. ...
