"1. Very expensive - £751 for 3 nights
2. The most unhelpful and unkind staff ive ever come across.
3. My husband had a stroke 3 days before we were due to go. I contacted the hotel and was transferred to their call centre. They offered a goodwill gesture to rebook which I was really grateful for. I explained that flights to jersey from our nearest airport in edinburgh stop in october and start again in april therefore could i rebook for the first week in april as my husband cant fly just now...

"Immaculate hotel and the staff were always courteous and helpful. Ideally situated for us in the heart of the St Helier, near the marina, bus station and ferry ports. The breakfast was extensive and the evening buffet excellent and good value for residents at £32 per head."

"The hotel is apparently closing soon which is a shame because we loved it. It was a bit quirky and old fashioned but very clean. The staff were superb and very friendly. The bar service and food quality was good. The position was excellent, convenient for the local restaurants and bus station. You can easily reach it by bus from the airport too.
We stayed for six nights with friends and we all had a great time."
