"We stayed 4 nights early August. The hotel is made up of 2 buildings but joined together. So you can go from one side to another without issue. Other than the stairs if you have a room in the older part of the building. We stayed on 3rd floor but after taking lift had to use stairs to get in to the old building. "The hotel was really lovely. The views were second to none but it was the staff that made the stay . The staff were excellent. So friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The food in The Azure Restaurant was delicious. I would highly recommend the hotel and I would definitely return."

"Really nice hotel and the spa is fantastic. A couple of suggestions to make it even better 1. Some of the guests said they had no aircon. Our room was great, but it sounded like a few rooms were without, which wasn't so good in the hot weather. 2. It would be nice to have more water in the rooms. "Gardens, pool & aviary all in fine condition, a pleasant and interesting layout to the whole site. Room decor a little tired and this was an old-style small single bed with a mattress approaching the end of its service life. Could hear noises from guest in next room but nothing too intrusive. Food at dinner very nice if a bit portion-controlled. Cheerful staff were helpful and kept up a good atmosphere. Was my 2nd visit and I hope to return"

"No air conditioning , very small rooms and they didn’t function welll , more storage / shelf on bathroom would make a massive difference to comfort, l untold them l was disabled and room was a long way from lift and required lifting my disabled wheeled walker down 3 very large steps which meant if l was on my own l was stranded , but other than that all Ok"

"Sehr gut direkt am Strand gelegenes hübsches Hotel mit Bushaltestelle vor der Tür, um die ganze Insel zu erkunden. "Overall good accommodation considering the building is quite old and has been extended. Lots of stairs up and down corridors. Main entrance to lobby up a flight of stairs. Really not suitable for someone with mobility issues. However the staff were very helpful with our luggage. Not impressed by the restaurant evening meal.
