"Check in quick simple and fast, staff very polite and friendly, the breakfast was amazing lots of choices my only grumble is breakfast is 7.30am my flight made me miss the last day would have been late for flight otherwise location of hotel was great everything is nearby lovely place to stay highly recommend this hotel thank you all"

There are major works going on to the outside at the quay side of the hotel(March 2026), made absolutely no difference as it was too cold to sit out anyway. I’m sure this will be completed by the time the weather gets better. Overall we had a great time and would return "

"Outstanding hotel, and to my mind, the most pleasant hotel stay I can think of in the British isles. Being a 15-20min walk from the town centre it might be slightly out of the way for some (I chose it for that very reason). On the other hand, its location equips it with extensive grounds, a beautiful aspect and rooms, along with the best spa, gym and swimming pool facilities on the island. "We had an absolutely perfect stay. The view from our room was spectacular, the staff are amazing and the food and drinks were top notch. We enjoyed using the leisure facilities. Jersey is beautiful and the area around the hotel is one of the best spots. We will be back."

"Wonderful stay. We had a balcony apartment facing the marina, it was very quiet, would never have known it was above a bus station - which was very handy for getting around the island. Since it had a fully equipped kitchen, we spent a lot less on food. Apartment was huge, a real home from home and flooded with light. Highly recommended"
