From arriving at reception to checking out, my experience at this hotel was great. I had a single room which was a good size with more than adequate drawer and wardrobe space. The bathroom - shower and bath - was a good size. I had been slightly worried by some of the previous posts about the hotel location and distance from the centre of St Helier, but this was not a problem for me. It was a pleasant easy walk in to town. The time it takes to walk it will vary on your walking speed and where in...

For a short break without a car this was perfect as the buses nearby went everywhere , the high street and beach and coffee houses and restuarants were on the doorstep or just a ride away. Amazingly good transport system and friendly people.

The bathroom was spacious and well equipped and everything worked as it should.Turndown was lovely, so discreet, bath towels replaced, fresh water by the bed AND homemade shortbread! I am a very fussy person and it has to be said i had not 1 thing to complain about the staff were extremely polite and nothingcwas roo much trouble, it was very clean and tidy the food was amazing and the breakfast was always very good .i would recommend this hotel to anyone

Our third visit, we love the atmosphere in the hotel. The staff are very friendly nothing is too much trouble. Choice of main restaurant or Cafe Bar, we chose latter as situated downstairs overlooking promenade. Transport around Jersey is excellent, buses run very frequently all over island and very cheap fares. There probably will be a fourth visit in the near future.

Great location with sea views. Comfortable room. Friendly and very helpful staff
