"The staff in this hotel are amazing , they couldn't do enough for us . Rooms were immaculate , beds really comfortable. The breakfast was amazing a full buffet breakfast both English and continental as well as daily specials. The only downside I would say are there are parts of the hotel which are looking a bit worn , and could do with an update . Other than that I would highly recommend."

"We were in the cheapest room type so we weren't expecting a view but in fact we could see sideways across the bay and inland which was very green. The room was comfortable and nicely furnished with plenty of storage. It had two chairs and a little table which means you don't always have to sit on the bed. Teas, milks and biscuits were topped up daily which is by no means the case in all hotels. The breakfast was acceptable, some good additional choices can be ordered instead of the buffet. A fan...

"Hotel was immaculately clean, staff were super friendly, delicious breakfast and a good choice of evening meals. Lovely gardens, with a brilliant swimming pool and hot tub. Films and entertainment in the evenings. Although out of town, the courtesy bus and public buses were close and frequent. Really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the hotel."

"Its position and outlook, directly out to the sea, was excellent as was the attention of the staff. My single room was a little bit small, but adequate for my needs, however, the lack of a bedside table was inconvenient, there was too few coat hangers in the small wardrobe and there was no heating in the ensuite bathroom, because the towel rack only operated when the heating was on, not ideal. But, the manager did arrange a for a separate heater to be left in my room which was fine. I feel...

"Positives. Spacious room. Very clean. Great sea view. Helpful and friendly staff. Well located for St Helier and beyond. Large car park. Could improve. Shower water pressure weak. Access to and from the car park onto the coast road awkward and poorly signposted. Just be mindful that the function room can be noisy over the weekend late into the evening and noise travels!!"
