"WiFi was a bit weak in places, but overall it was a great hotel. Food and hospitality staff were particularly fab and the reception staff so helpful."

"Friendly hotel despite being large, the staff were brilliant throughout. The room was clean and can be cleaned every day. It was a family friendly hotel, although I would look at the suitability of Jersey for a young family. The swimming pool facilities were good, indoor / outdoors. Excellent breakfast, dinner paid separately was also excellent. Great location, easy walk into the centre of St Helier. Everything seemed well organised."

"This hotel is simply amazing. The position on the beautiful bay, the fabulous food and the stylish bedrooms. But what makes this Hotel truly outstanding is the staff. Never have I encountered such genuinely friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Makes all the difference. Shout out to Tobias who helped me when I was distraught about leaving a very precious address book in my hotel room. He made sure this was found and returned to me, along with help from Rutna from Reception. The wonderful Steve...

"The room was clean, the staff were very friendly. It was hot outside so the air conditioning was very welcome. The breakfast was excellent. The only thing to be aware of is that if you have a car the Pomme D'Or does not have its own car park. You have to use the car park of a sister hotel which is a 16 minute walk away."

"Sehr gut direkt am Strand gelegenes hübsches Hotel mit Bushaltestelle vor der Tür, um die ganze Insel zu erkunden. Das Hotel ist selbst ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, aber es ist alles sehr sauber und das Personal ausgesprochen freundlich. Gute Auswahl beim Frühstück und Möglichkeit, dort auch das Abendessen oder einen Drink einzunehmen."
