"The pool has literal lumps of black dirt on the tiles, it hasn’t been cleaned for a long time. The jacuzzi is the same temperature as the pool and also dirty. No shower facilities after the “swim”
Run down hotel, breakfast staff were just there, never said good morning, no interaction from any staff actually. Won’t be staying there again. "

"Friendly hotel despite being large, the staff were brilliant throughout. The room was clean and can be cleaned every day. It was a family friendly hotel, although I would look at the suitability of Jersey for a young family. The swimming pool facilities were good, indoor / outdoors. Excellent breakfast, dinner paid separately was also excellent. Great location, easy walk into the centre of St Helier.
Everything seemed well organised."

"Excellent accomodation with helpful and friendly staff. One lift was out of order for the last two days of our stay. Sauna was also not working. Great breakfast with pleasant and attentive staff.
Overall pleased with our stay, will be happy to return here in the future."

"Hotel Christina has character, stunning views and offers comfort and relaxation. Because of varying reviews we were unsure what to expect when we arrived, however from our first arrival in reception to our late departure the Reception Staff couldn’t have been more welcoming or helpful. They looked our cases as we were wanting to store them on our early arrival and while we enjoyed our last day before our evening flight.
