"The communal areas were smart but rooms were tired and in need of an upgrade, particularly they need air conditioning especially those facing the road where it is very noisy if you need to keep the windows open. Whilst generally tidy/ clean the shower head badly needed descaling as it only worked to half capability and spayed everywhere. We asked for a change of room after the first night . "Die Zimmer sind sehr schön, wir hatten Blick über die Stadt bis zum Meer. Das Hotel ist gut gelegen, die Bushaltestelle ist sehr nah und der Hotelshuttle ebenfalls sehr praktisch. Auch ein Schwimmbad zu haben hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Einziges Manko: Das Thema Nachhaltigkeit könnte weitergetrieben werden, noch gibt es täglich kleine Shampoo und Duschzeug Fläschen. Und zweimal wurde die Klimaanlage bei offenem Fenster angestellt. Aber trotzdem klare Empfehlung unsererseits!"

"A warm welcome at reception, immaculate and comfortable room with Elemis toiletries in the spacious bathroom. We booked sea view rooms, and enjoyed looking over the harbour and across the bay to St Helier. Breakfast and dinner in the hotel were very enjoyable. I recommend taking the Dolan Loyalty Card - useful discounts on spending at the hotel and its partners on Jersey."
