"The service at this hotel is exceptional I would say, couldn't be more professional, helpful and friendly, from the welcome in the morning at breakfast, to the reception area answering any question, to the service at dinner. Only 15 mins by taxi from the airport and a nice easy, flat 10 min walk into the main town and marina. "

Room large and well thought out even with three of us in it - kept beautifully clean throughout. Beds were comfy, even the pull out bed for our son which can be a bit lumpy at hotels but he said it was good an it got the thumbs up from him. Staff all very friendly - we didn’t eat at the hotel but all the staff we spoke to on reception, at the bar, in the corridors and in the pool were...

"The hotel is in a lovely location. Bus service is good from the centre of town, and it is not difficult to walk along the beach to St Helier. The hotel itself is very comfortable and the staff are very warm, friendly and helpful."

"Superb 34m2 room with a balcony overlooking the city (room #214)! Beautiful and relaxing pool. This was our last 3 nights in Jersey after 2 years of living there. The restaurant is excellent and we are very demanding when we go out for dinner! This was a beautiful way to finish our Jersey experience. We also appreciated the downtown shuttle as we had a few back and forth to do. Highly recommended. Staff is always excellent. "

"Just returned from staying at a street view apartment. Bigger than expected with separate bedroom, kitchen living area and good size bathroom. We like to have our own kitchen, hence an apartment suits us well. This is not a hotel so do not expect your bed to be made each day, we personally prefer the privacy. were only there 4 nights. The location was fabulous, so central, the bus station was next to the apartments and buses so easy to navigate and use. Lots of good places to eat...
