"Fabulous place to stay. The staff were all fantastic, welcoming, polite and helpful. Housekeeping did a great job keeping the amenities topped up and the room was always spotless after they had been. The Spa service was excellent. All the facilities were great. The beach is very nice. We were lucky to get some nice weather in the rainy season which certainly helped the experience. Breakfast was very good with an excellent variety to choose from.

"The landscape looks tired and need improvements, and also the interior of the bathroom already looks old and definitely needs renovation. FnB service was pretty bad, we ordered room service then after waited for more than 1.hr they called us and told us that they forgot to process our order and will process later and gave us as complimentary. We finally got our order after almost 2hrs !!! At the breakfast , i ordered some eggs then after we finished breakfast the eggs never came "

"lovely place. coming back in December!"

"I repeatedly reminded the front desk, both at check-in and at check-out, NOT to use the pre-approved card claim for the deposit. There were no payments to be made against the deposit. Yet the full deposit was charged to my card! And after three days, it was not credited back. A shame, fraud!"

"The area around the pool wasn't cleared overnight with towels left behind by guests. The toilets by the restaurant wasn't cleaned. However, the breakfast buffet was excellent and the choices of food were amazing. Credit to the kitchen crew for the delicious food. Also, credit to the young intern from Bali. Very cheerful, friendly and a delight to talk to."

"We had a wonderful 5 days. The place was exactly as described and the staff were fantastic."
