"Almost everything was as expected from the Ad Post in Hotels.com. The utensils and basic cooking materials were not as ready as what the agent told us. The floor and cabinets were a bit dusty. Utensils needed cleaning before we can use them. All the rest were fine and the personnel were polite and accommodating."

"Very cheap hotel so the rooms reflect the cheap rate. Taps and showers had 1/10 rating with dripping water. Room condition was poor but acceptable given it was SGD 35/day. Staff was good. AC was cooling and bottle water was available. Luckily toilets flushed well. Don’t expect room cleaning and have to ask staff daily to top up water and coffee. I stayed 4 days. "

"Great find, if you want to stay iat affordable accommodation think 101 Urban rather then Pop or Wizz hotels. Nice out door seating area, nice breakfast and friendly, helpful staff. "

"This will be probably my 4th or 5th time staying at this hotel. The staff are always very professional and helpful. The rooms are really nice. And the price is reasonable. Also close to the Mall of Indonesia. I will be back soon! "
