Nice location, had a good view when I look out at the window from my room, having a good breakfast (really enjoy my meals, sit in the outdoor part of the resto looking down the road), nice gym facilities, quiet place to refresh myself

Another good stay, staff very helpful and attentive. Usual Ibis cleanliness

The hotel is modern, comfortable and well run. Grand Cafe is a bit dull, but the Burgundy Bar and C's Steak & Seafood Restaurant is excellent. Club Level breakfast was pedestrian, but a minor issue.

I stayed here for a long weekend and had a wonderful experience. The room in 18th floor was spacious and clean. The big gym had enough equipments and looked new. Pool on 8th floor was small but it was nice to chill out. Everything is perfect. I didn't really try the breakfast, so I couldn't comment. But location of the hotel was very strategic. It was directly connected with a neighborhood shopping mall which has variety of food. Within walking distance, there is a traditional "China...

everything and everyone were exceptional

Having travelled to over 10 countries, Raffles Jakarta was easily the best hotel I have stayed in. The hotel itself was spacious and well designed. The highlight was how friendly and helpful the staff were. They went beyond the usual pleasantries and actually wanted to have proper conversations, showing genuine interest. Would happily return the next time I am in Jakarta.

Staff were very courteous & polite. All the staff including securities from morning until evening made you feel very special 🙂. One of the best hotel I ever stayed. Special thanks to fellow named Satria, who was very helpful more then one occasion 😀. Hotel itself is a old colonial building which has been converted in to an unique hotel. I wish stayed there longer.

Room was fine. Breakfast was fine; Staff were always helpful. Would like to come back soon!!
