"We had a fantastic stay at Vivanta Ernakulam. Staff were extremely attentive, responsive and helpful. The rooms were extremely clean. We appreciated the variety of delicious food for breakfast and dinner. We would definitely stay here again! "

"Excellent hotel, would highly recommend a stay at Grand Hyatt.
The hotel amenities were excellent. We enjoyed the dining options, the buffet breakfast had a wide variety of dishes which were all tasty and the restaurant staff were very attentive and friendly.
We were well looked after and were sad to leave. "

"Fantastic buffet breakfast and dinner. Very comfortable luxe hotel, good location, valet parking, everything you need. Room are very large and bed is comfortable. Id come back if i were in kochi again."

"The rooms need a little tidying up. The bath tub with cracks, skirting scuffed, walls could do with a coat of paint and the toilet seat detached from the hinges!
Staff are generally all good. Mentioned the toilet seat issue to Prince. He was very apologetic and helpful.

"We were very disappointed with many things... firstly the hotel needs to work on its maintenance part. The bathroom showers were broken n tap nozzles were too tight n clogged pores... could not take shower the first day. Then we complained they repaired it.
The staff was sooo undertrained and raw..
And i feel they should atleast be aware of the hotel little basic know how... whm we were asking the staff about the property.. they gave us a blank look.. seemed very clueless
