"This was a no-frills place and that's what was expected. We just needed a bed, bathroom and coffee and that's what we got. The hotel and the room were clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the price was very reasonable compared to other hotels in the area. The staff was very friendly, helpful and always asking how we were doing. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I'm sure to book there next time I go back to NY."

"The hotel was decent overall; however, the location was not ideal. The staff were not in uniform, which made the atmosphere feel somewhat informal and more like a gathering place than a hotel. Additionally, there was no complimentary breakfast or even coffee available for guests. While the stay was acceptable, it is not a hotel I would choose to stay at again."
