"設備は新しく清潔感がありました。"

"Amazing stay with my husband & two Sons. We are from England, so loved the cultural differences in this hotel. Staff were polite & helpful. Location was round the corner from Kyoto Station. Accessible to subway & meeting points for day trips. Traditional breakfast, which was excellent. They even accommodated me, as vegetarian. We loved the traditional Japanese onken & the yakatas provided for us to relax in. I would whole-heartedly recommend this as a fantastic place to stay & a cultural...

"Hotel sangat nyaman, lokasi sangat dekat ke train station. "

"Hotel is close to shops and dining options. Although the hotel is located just opposite Kyoto station, walking to and from the gates or terminal still took us 8-10 mins- definitely something to consider especially if travelling with older person. The entrance to the shops connected to Kyoto station is just opposite the hotel, so about 1-2min walk only. As per hotel room, the space is enough for 3 pax, bed was not bad but the pillows were not the most comfortable. Check in and check out using...

"Laundry too busy."

"The Forza in Kyoto is a nice hotel. The location is convenient, and my main compliment would be that the staff are very courteous and helpful. The breakfast is very good, and worth including in your room fee if you can do it. The downside is the small room size and awkwardness of the bathroom setup."

"Fantastic hotel in a great location with amazing staff. Overall, it was a superb stay and the onsen is wonderful after a long day of touring My favorite hotel so far in Japan. Don’t hesitate book it"

"Good location. This is our 2nd stay in Cross Kyoto We love the location and the staff are helpfull. Definitely will come back."

"Amazing location- can walk to nearly all central attractions and close to transit. On a quieter street which is great. Kind staff. Breakfast leaves a lot to be desired- not worth the cost"

"Très bon emplacement, et très bon rapport qualité prix"

"All good"

"The property is in a great location, close to train station, great shopping, food etc. Room was very comfortable. It is a bummer that people with tattoos are not permitted to use the spa, I would have liked to experience this."

"Lovely hotel, wonderful breakfast. Rooms were clean and included amenities were much appreciated."
