"Hotel is really close to Osaka Castle. The view is amazing with the room that we got. Originally we were booked on the other side of the hotel but upon request to upgrade the room to a Osaka castle view, the receptionist was able to accommodate my request."

"We have stayed at Onyado Nono in Kyoto twice now and each time has been outstanding. The staff is above and beyond kind, courteous and helpful. The breakfast staff especially are working so hard and doing an incredible job. The rooms are comfortable and clean, to say nothing of the onsen which is a lifesaver after walking 20k steps through the city. Short walk to Kyoto Station or the subway, I hope we get a chance to stay here again."

"We always stay at this hotel when we're in Osaka. The rooms are big; location great; the restos on the 8th fl and the link are good. However, the hotel does not acknowledge us with a welcome back greeting despite having stayed there 4x bec we booked thru a 3rd party provider. "
