We paid extra for the Spa and although we enjoyed a big discount (which was offered on arrival), we did not expect to have to pay extra for the sauna, which was in the Spa block. The on-site dining experience was nice but too expensive for what was on offer. Not much choice as you are a long way from any alternative. Staff - one in particular was really annoying with over 50 WhatsApp messages!"
