"Our room was very clean! A little small but all we needed. Older motel but very clean. The area by lake is very nice and view was good. The reservation is thru Expedia. The office is only staffed at limited times however the phone number provided a responsive call back. Be sure to call ahead for check in to arrange for your key. Would definitely go again!"

"Basic room. One overhead light. One lamp. Poor lighting overall. Basic bed on frame with no headboards. Basic amenities in room (shampoo, soap, toilet paper, and nothing else). Refrigerator in room. WiFi was very slow."

"The room was clean and the beds very nicely made. We estimated the bathroom, including shower, toilet & vanity to be about 4' x 8'. It was a very tight fit. There were no hook for hanging anything so we used the end of the curtain rods and what not. Our specific shower had a tile ledge/wall in it. The tile job leaned the wrong direction so the ledge filled with water from the leaking showerhead. Don't get me wrong, we would probably stay there again BUT I would bring command hooks or a drying...

"We were looking for a quiet retreat from a busy lifestyle and that is exactly what we found. I could not give 5 stars for interaction with staff because we didn't really "see" anyone but we did communicate by text and the person was very prompt and always helpful. Check-in was super easy. Cabin #5 was large enough to be comfortable, had everything we needed, the bathroom was nice. It was a lovely property to walk around outside and enjoy nature."

"Not clean. Things are broke. Beds and sheets are not thick enough - ended up sleeping on plastic. That being said everyone was nice there. Toilet didn’t work shower was in disrepair."

"The new owners are trying very hard to please the customers. It is probably the best full-service hotel lodging option in Frankfort, with an excellent restaurant for breakfast and dinners. It is a short walk to the beach and lighthouses and a great jumping off point for the Sleeping Bear Dunes National Seashore to the north and Arcadia Dunes to the south."

"We loved out stay at Betsie Riverside Resort! The cabin was so clean! Not just clean for a cabin with a wooden stairway down to river right outside the door, but clean for a nice hotel. The unit was outfitted very efficiently with things like extra blankets, kitchen items etc. The love seat recliner was not new, but it was amazing! The leather so soft and comfy. It was not buggy, so we did not use the screened- in porch of Cabin 6. Very helpful & attentive owners who want your stay...
