"Loved it"

"It was ok - no microwave in the room which was surprising. I like the laminate flooring throughout - better than carpet in my opinion. Bathroom could use updating and fixing... toilet rocked on its base... and the sink counter was oddly low for a standard counter."

"We had to check in on the later side and leave super early for a graduation and the staff was amazing. The room was super clean and we cannot wait to come back for Dutch Wonderland!"

"No ammeneties, rooms were nice, Rooms were not very quiet as I could hear the people in the other part of the train come in and talk/cry and snore. :( we had the two room mail car that apparently had another room on the other end. The staff was great at the resturant were very nice but they needed more than one waitress. We had a fairly long wait. Good thing we had family to talk to that we had not seen in awhile. "The Steamboat is one of the very best places to stay in Lancaster County. This was my 2nd trip to the Steamboat and it was just as great as my last time a couple of years ago.
