"The front desk staff is a bit disengaged and not a lot of initiative. Had to remind one young lady to be sure our wrist bands were activated. On a different visit had ask a different young lady if she intended to advise when the room was ready. "

"The main building is beautiful. We stayed in one of the other towers and it was OK, but not as nice as the main building. Plan accordingly."

"My husband, sixteen year old daughter, and myself stayed here during our spring break. We arrived before the check-in time but were able to leave our luggage with the concierge. We had full use of the resort. The food was really good. The only time we left was to walk the square shops for souvenirs. The resort does a lot for kids but the area is spread out so you aren't cramped. Our room was amazing and the view of the gulf was amazing."

"Completely finally renovated from Ian, new rooftop area, food was exceptional at graces trattoria and island view. Springbreak was slower but that was fine. Expanded beach area new bars. More mature crowd, roads to and from island less crowded"

"There wasn't ANY laundry for guests as the listed. Great music, but it doesn't end at night when they state, much later. If you have a room by the bar(which most are) dont plan on going to bed bt midnight."

"We did not get the room we ordered because they were over booked. Our shower was dirty and toilet did not flush well. Buffett was way over priced and other food was terrible. Staff was okay but no one seemed excited about working there or went out of their way to help. "

"The only thing this resort has giing for it is the tiki bar! Its really dated tiny beds and boring at the very least. The staff is indifferent to any request they wouldnt care if you wvr came back! Its in the middle of nowhere. Just a neighborhood! So disappointing! "

"Beautiful location. Quiet and right on the beach. Staff was friendly and helpful. We had a super soggy bed the first night and they replaced the mattress for us the next day. Having access to bikes to go to town was great! Pool was also wonderful with food and bar. We will be back! "
