Pro's: clean, amazing staff that was always so helpful, table chairs and umbrella on the beach was great, location to times square and shopping/restaurants, food and drinks were great and reasonably priced. "Our room was right on top of Tiki Hut where every night music was so loud couldn’t sleep. When I asked to be moved front desk told me Expedia should have warned me that the room would be noisy and nothing available…. Otherwise place had nice pool , breakfast good in morning and two block walk to beach."

"We love staying at the Latitude. It’s very well kept and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. My girlfriend and I took the kayaks out and saw dolphins in the canal. The rooms themselves are very spacious. I can’t wait to be back!"

"It was okay. We only stayed for 2 nights. It wasn’t horrible but there was hair in the bathroom and odd smell in hotel. Room has a strange musty smell and the hotel itself does have a strange smell. Pool was small but okay. Beds were clean and comfortable. Small tv. Room was spacious. It served its purpose, and had a nice location but I don’t think we would stay again."

"We had originally booked 2 nights. We left early the following morning, even tho we'd paid already. Green algae/slime coating the primary window. The secondary window looked rough; as if it had been broken at some point and poorly replaced. The pillows were quite flimsy so bring your own from home. The comforter on the bed is super thick and heavy; just perfect for Vermont, but here in FL!!??? TOO HOT. Offer cotten blankets, please. I used only the thin sheet, which was uncomfortable and...

"Overall it is a nice place and convenient for local travel. I really think the $40 per person per day resort fee is outrageous. A lot of the place is privately owned or under construction. Your resort fee gets you towels and a chair at the beach, access to a small water park. A shuttle and WiFi. It would be more honest to raise the daily rate and drop the fee. One timer for us and can’t recommend it to others. "

"Staff was nice,check in took entirely too long as there was only 1 staff member doing the check in. Room cleanliness by housekeeping could have been better but all in all not a terrible hotel."
