"Great location and friendly staff. Breakfast offered a very good selection, especially with our Hilton Honors Gold membership. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but there were a few issues. Complimentary drinking water was only provided on the first day, and after that we had to purchase it from the hotel shop. Also, the front desk forgot to return our passports after check-in and kept them until we called the next day, which was concerning. The AC also did not work properly at night, and the room temperature reached 78°F. Maintenance came and fixed it, but the same issue happened again the following night. We eventually had to look up how to reset the AC ourselves to get the room cool again. Overall, a good hotel with an excellent location, but these service and maintenance issues could be improved."
