Cari Hotel di Litchfield County

"Everything was perfect—the room, the service, the restaurant, the spa; everything was perfect. An unforgettable experience."

"Very personable, gracious staff. Pleasant and quiet ambience"

"Nothing fancy, but basic needs met. AC/heat, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, iron and ironing board, tv. Beds were comfy. Pillows could be better. We had a large double room. Lots of space! Two tables with chairs. Bathroom had soap, shampoo, conditioner. Easy place to stay, with close access to New Milford."

"The Interlaken is a lovely property "between the lakes" in Lakeville. We stayed in the main building, which I recommend (there is also another building on the property with a view of the lake). We had a nice screened-in balcony porch attached to our room which we enjoyed each evening. The lobby is cozy with a fireplace. The staff were friendly and helpful."

"We booked the room sight unseen and when we got there we found the Hotel in a seedy part of town with broken windows, and unkept grounds. We have reserved with Days Inns Hotels all over the world and never had a property in such poor shape."

"Our stay was outstanding. Comforting and convenient. We hope to make another staycation there again"

"It's disappointing, this property has potential. It's in a nice location, easy to find, and has a nice wrap around deck on two levels. Unfortunately, it's not maintained and it is GROSS. When you enter, there's no check-in area, but rather a cluttered home of someone who does not clean. The rugs and hallways are filthy, the room had cobwebs and dust and a stained comforter, and the bathroom was dirty and looked like the tile floor had never seen a mop. The "amenities" were a watered-down bottle...

"For the price it is exactly as you should expect. The room was clean, but needed very minor upgrades. The grounds were in poor condition. But I didn't come here for anything but the basics, bed, shower, and toilet, and that is what I got. I would use them again. Wifi and phone reception were great. Bring your own phone charger and toiletries."

"Great place!"

"The room was updated to a high end accommodation , it was Beautiful, the inn keepers were nice and accommodating. Location was perfect , to walk around New Milford Room was on a busy road A hot breakfast should have been included"

"On the first night of check in I should of known when the board behind the counter had in big bold letters no refunds. We were late and had no where else to stay. The first night we had a bar of soap in the shower still from the previous guest. Room was rented for 3 had to get another towel because only had 2 in there and that took 30 minutes. The second night we came back late and there was a big puddle on our floor and the bed was wet. When we went to front desk she apologized but wasn't ...

"Was a last minute booking a a wonderful surprise!. The owner, Lulu, has created wonderful little surprise in this sweet NE town. Stylish, functional, simple but elegant. Super comfortable room, great location, quiet, yet in town, gorgeous, well-maintained gardens. We will be back!"
