"There was a strict 3pm check in time and I was 2 hours early but was able to pay 15.00 to get access to my room early. Front desk offered to book me a table for dinner which was a nice touch and explained departure travel availability. I had a very heavy bag so chose a private car but there was a pick up every 30 minutes from the hotel to Heathrow airport that I could have used. Clean room, Ground floor which was great. Would certainly stay again. Also wifi was free and good."

"The service of the staff was excellent. The food in the restaurant & morning buffet was tasty, varied, appealing in appearance & taste. However, the Hilton Garden Inn we wanted to stay in was the one at Terminal 2 at physically at yhe airport. This hotel was 15 min. away from the airport & required a paid shuttle for the 5 of us, to get to/from the airport. We felt having both hotels with almost the same name was confusing & misleading for tourists. Though where we stayed was comfortable &...
