"I traveled from California to New Orleans and arrived at my hotel by 11AM. I was grateful that they not only let me check in early, I wasn't charged extra. The room was beautiful and looked like a cute little apartment.The breakfast was free and was really, really good with a lot of options.The staff were very helpful and friendly. Except for the humid weather, the walk to the French quarter was very straightforward and close by. Also the famous St Louis cemetery number 1 was only a few steps...

"What I noticed first was the bathroom was not properly cleaned, after asking housekeeping it still wasn't cleaned.We were surprised to see there was no refrigerator or microwave in our rooms, that's rare in hotel stayes today. We had to throw out good food b/c there was no way to refrigerate. Other than that the stay was nice.****"

"Incredible place to stay in the heart of the French Quarters. We had a court/pool side room. It was so quiet… you would never guess the evening that busy Bourbon St was right outside the front door. Clean and beautiful hotel. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!"

"The hallway smelled like wet dog, not sure if it was the carpet or if someone had pets close by. Opposite to the convention hall is a plus, just need some more updating inside maybe. Breakfast was very good in terms of choice and area was well maintained."

"The hotel is nice, considering how old/historic it is. Upon arrival, the valet was promt & the bellman was very pleasant. The bathroom/coffee & fridge area of our room was a very tight squeeze. There is only one restreraunt, which is a bar, and is also appearantly the coffee shop. The bar tender lady was also the waitress & the only one working the place. But her service was great & the food was good. We had a hard time finding the parking attendant on more than one occasion. Getting in & out...
