"The Internet and smart tv did not work. I asked and they told me they were undergoing a network change…but the check in desk had Internet so not sure about that. The breakfast was unimpressive and the same every day and not ready at 6 am as advertised. The bar and kitchen were not open the entire time and it seemed that reception was regularly short staffed-usually only a single manager on duty. There was one bug on my 4th floor bed that I think was a bed bug-but I looked a lot after that and...

"The whole reason I booked here was for the breakfast. Unfortunately, the staff for breakfast didn't show up, so by the time we were checking out to leave on our road trip, there was no breakfast. The room above us was stomping around until 1am and the door closes INCREDIBLY slow, making it a safety hazard. The beds were uncomfortable and both my daughter and I woke with headaches and back aches from it. It was clean, but that's about all."

"I really want this hotel to survive, but you are living on borrowed time. You are at least 5 years behind in improvement and renovation. Carpeting, vents (rusting and filthy), damaged plaster ceilings, door key cards working 50% of the time, television in bedroom freezing in both rooms I stayed in. Eventually this property will fall in on itself. Hilton needs to invest. This is a property with great location and potential."
