"We had a problem with another hotel not having working air conditioning, so we desperately searched for another room at 1 a.m. We didn't have high expectations to begin with, but this hotel was more than we could ask for. Clean, quick, easy check in, roomy, and my stepson said "best waffles ever.""

"The 2 days I stayed there were horrible. No ice machine was busted rusted and broke. The air conditioner was leaking water all over the carpet in my room.Told the staff the first day I was there and didn't even offer me another room. Then the key card wasn't working. When I did get into the room, packed my bags and left. Spend the rest of my stay in another hotel."

"This place once shined a long time ago, you can tell. It’s pretty run down, it’s not fancy so don’t expect it to be. The beds are rough, everything just looks rough. However, I was looking for something wallet friendly. I wasn’t going to be in the room very long, just needed a place to sleep. I stayed here two nights. Beds are rough, pillows are thin, sofa bed was run down. Kitchen had nothing, not even soap so don’t expect it. Sheets were clean, bed was made when I came back, AC worked....

"Everything was great. Our room had a large wet spot in the middle of the room and the hotel staff tried their best to accommodate us for the slight inconvenience. Due to it being a very busy weekend, we weren’t able to switch rooms but they did help us out to the best of their abilities"

"The hotel’s carpet were very dirty and had stains throughout the hotel. Our room had a bad smell. Don’t think we will stay here again."

"Although I was disappointed that there was no orange juice or eggs on the morning I was there, I have to give this place a 5/5 because everything else was just perfect. The three main things I look for in a hotel room are quietness, comfortable bed, and good shower. This room was excellent in all three of these categories. The desk clerk was very apologetic regarding the deficiencies in the breakfast. She said that a supply truck had not arrived as scheduled. Hopefully this is a rare...

"Driving back from Colorado with our two teenage children we needed a clean, comfortable, and spacious place to get a good night's rest. The Comfort Inn & Suites in Lubbock was just what we were looking for. It's also close to all the eateries that we love. We upgraded to the two King Size beds and it made all the difference."

"Our stay was excellent except for the air conditioning. It got warm in the bedroom. Maintenance came and fixed it, and it worked a little better. Rooms, staff, breakfast and Happy Hour were great!"
