I had an issue with my room's a/c upon checking in and they worked to get me moved to a different room quickly. The parking is a bit tight, but manageable. The food at the restaurant was great. The services at the spa are reasonably priced. While it's not necessarily easily to walk into town, you can get a quick Bolt ride into city center."

"We really enjoyed our stay! It’s in a great location and our view was right out of a travel magazine. Very helpful staff except for the buffet manager was a bit rude on two occasions. We arrived while the morning breakfast buffet was still out and he was adamant that we were charged 40 Euro to eat. Overall, I would highly recommend this place though."
