Big, comfortable, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioner in every room (that freeze up the air in no time, despite the 34 degrees outside!), two balconies and a huge yard to have friends over (in this case - my sister's family that also visited Kala Nera). On top of that - electricity hum in the kitchen, noisin the bottom bedroom due to pluming issues. An overall environment of money saving on the guests - toilet paper- filled only evey 3 days and not enough, no coffee in the room e.g"
