"tl;dr nice hotel, staffed by friendly, inviting and interesting people. food is good, drinks passable, and is located minutes walk from family friendly beach and only minutes drive/walk away from ferry to Gozo and Camino. "Noch viel Luft nach oben, aber es war relativ preisgünstig. Geschirr oft nicht richtig sauber, Speisesaal irre laut mit Flair einer Bahnhofshalle. Automaten funktionierten nicht richtig, jeden Tag war was anderes nicht verfügbar. Auf Nachfrage kam das Standart "OK" und nichts passiert. Zimmer waren nichts besonderes, aber OK. Leider sehr hellhörig."

"Das Hotel war super, Personal sehr freundlich. Die restaurants in der nähe waren perfekt. Die executive Lounge genial für snacks. Überall Bars und kaffee und restaurants. Auch der Pool war sauber und sehr angenehnem. 7 min zu fuss bis zu stadt. Aber die Busstation 2 min zu fuss. Eine Renovation würde dem Hotel sehr gut tun, dennoch würde ich wieder hin gehen. Der Aufenthalt war Perfekt."

"The hotel is well located and the fact it has access to the sea is a plus The pool service is slow and many of the staff don’t seem to know what they’re doing. Bar service was pretty poor too while offering cocktails and then not having the basic ingredients to make them. Coffee at breakfast is awful"

"The hotel was in a residential area and the shuttle service was not regular and also stops at 12.30. we had booked a tour on one of the days and realised no cold or hot water when we woke up. Had to use the guest toilet and go to the tour without having a shower as the tour was at 8.30am. they had some excuse that the whole block was affected. not very happy."

"Er gab absolut nichts auszusetzen. Schönes sauberes Zimmer. Hervorragend das Frühstück, da wurden alle wünsche erfüllt. Der Personal, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Aussicht von der Rooftop Bar auf den Jachthafen, war der Hammer"

"Top hotel in a great location. The newly done rooms are super comfortable. We have stayed here before multiple times and always enjoyed it. Sadly, service levels are not what they used to be. Long wait times for coffee etc at breakfast, complicated and lengthy check-in etc.. Kempinski seems to rely on a mostly junior staff these days which did not appear to be well trained. "
