The staff member who checked me in was pleasant but unfortunately a couple who were Infront were struggling to understand what she was saying and there was not much helping them it was almost well it's your fault you can't understand... "Ich habe das Hotel mit Frühstück gebucht und vor Ort trotzdem keines erhalten. Das Hotelpersonal ist zwar nett aber geholfen hat mir mit dem Problem trotzdem niemand. Das Zimmer war auch nicht mit Blick aufs Meer. Und die Sauberkeit ist zwar gegeben aber generell ist das Hotel recht abgewohnt und alt. Aber vielleicht gibt es unterschiedliche Zimmerkategorien. Mir persönlich hat es nicht gefallen."

"Someone told me it had been renovated 18 months ago but I find that hard to believe. The decor or rooms are by no means luxury as described on the site I booked it. The room absolutely stank when we arrived I later likened it to tne smell of the indoor pool. Thw towels in the room are of poor quality and overall I would not stay here again It was all inclusive but don’t be fooled, the cocktails have little to no alcohol, the hot drinks are barely warm so ask for extra hot when getting a coffee...

"I had a harbour view suite with a patio. Room was clean. There's a lot of construction in the area. Hotel has a bus stop right out front with quick access to all around, also has the Airport Direct bus stop. The hop on/hop off bus has a stop less than 5 minutes away. Easy walking to restaurants and shops. As a solo traveler I felt safe in the area walking around. Hotel staff was very helpful. The a/c is climate control and a little warm for me. I asked if they had a fan which staff immediately...
