"When we first arrived, we were placed any room that had clearly not been updated. There was no TV working no lights and no hairdryer. We were quickly then replaced into a new room which was much better."

"Wifi was problematic. I was only able to connect for a few minutes.
The shower badly needs an upgrade. Difficult to get in and out of and the water temperature was either scalding or cold. No middle ground.
The bed and bedding were very comfortable.
Parking was easy.
The restaurant next door is excellent but the complimentary breakfast came out in dribs and drabs because of insufficient staffing."

"incredible stay for couples. remarkably helpful staff, solid breakfast, good area with good food. close enough to muir woods / point reyes to take day trips in nature, while the city is 15-20 minutes away. would highly recommend."
