"This was hands down, one of the best hotels I have stayed at in awhile. The front desk staff were welcoming and got me checked in quickly. The room was sooo clean! And I have never slept so good on a hotel bed! The mattress was the most comfortable- Kicking myself for not checking who manufactured it. Next time I am headed South, I will be staying here."

"We arrived to check in after dark for what looked like an adorable rustic cabin. If we had come during the day and weren't exhausted from driving 10 hours, we would have left. The room did not look clean, the bed was ancient and the pillowcase had someone else's long hair on it. Bathroom area had deadbugs and the sink fixture was dirty with hygiene products & more hair. "The stay at the Clemons was amazing as usual. This is THE go to place if you're staying in downtown Chattanooga. The rooms are VERY Spacious AND you get 2 separate rooms and bathrooms! Be warned though- you will NEED to set an alarm. You will sleep through checkout of you don't."
