"We stayed during a weekend when every room was booked. We were warmly welcomed and check in was smooth. Room was clean and comfortable. We used the hot tub and pool which were relaxing. The pool room was painted with a fun mural of local interests. Breakfast was just what we needed. We enjoyed our stay. At check out, we were invited to return soon. Excellent experience."

"Clean room. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was not much at all, basically continental. No coffee makers in room. There was no closet or rack to hang clothes on hangers. There was a hook on the wall but that is only for jackets and items like that. No elevator. The worst thing was while sitting at the table at breakfast I dropped a napkin on the floor and didn't have time to pick it up before the owner came over and picked it up off the floor and put it back in the napkin holder, I told him 2...

"Rooms were clean but broken. Chair arms were broken. Tv was very difficult to operate. Chair sunk from long wear. Definitely needs undated furniture. Not worth price. Not continental breakfast. "

"There are no pet friendly hotels in Knoxville so we were very happy to find this pretty house for our stay when back for a family funeral. Pros: ample parking, good location, very clean, large space, nice kitchen, large yard, DISH TV, pet friendly, rapid response from owner, sleeps multiple people Cons: sleeps multiple people but only 1 key provided, couches don’t face TV, 2 BRs have no doors so there is privacy only for people in upstairs BR, outlet in basement bath not working "
