"The location is perfect and central to shopping area. The staff were very nice and friendly. Breakfast was actually delicious. Room was clean, not very spacious but just enough room for two people. Definitely want to stay here again"

Jewel of an employee you got there in him. All staff pleasant and cheerful! Room spacious, quiet and very clean. Wonderful over all stay. A+++"

"Plastic mattress cover was torn and coming off. No mattress pad was put on the bed. Front desk staff was helpful and brought one up quickly. TV remote didn't really work and no replacement batteries were available (though I think the remote itself was broken)."

"We didn’t have enough towels or linens in our room so we needed to call to receive them. They were helpful and fast to get us what we needed. Nice pet friendly venue. Didn’t clarify the $7 per night parking fee when we checked in which was surprising to see for a hotel in Morgantown. Good room size, and kitchen was stocked with necessary items. Liked the full fridge. Couldn’t locate an ice machine on our floor - not clearly marked."
