"Walkable place, accessible, and sorrounded by many restaurants and shops. Roman theatre just in front of the hotel and citadel is 15mins walk only. The most i admired in this hotel are those all receiptionists, they were calm and very helpful, they weren’t let me down for all my requests.It was Worth it to stay here for more than a week."

"I turned up at the hotel (after a bus journey from Petra ) only to get some excuse from staff about maintenance work in my room!! Truth is, Zaman have a very old booking system and because of their location and price, get over booked. I was then sent by Zaman to their 'sister' hotel the Hotel Arabesque, in a completely different area of Amman. Zaman Ya Zaman, it is 2023!!!! Modernise!!!
