Cari Hotel di Martinik

"Staff were friendly and helpful, and the on-site food options were good. However, the stay didn't match what you'd expect from a hotel. Guests are expected to take out their own trash, including before checkout. On a longer stay, that adds up to a lot of rubbish to dispose of. The listing also advertised room service on request, but we were told housekeeping only happens after 6 days. Having to clean up and haul trash before leaving made this feel like a short-term rental rather than a hotel....

"Great place to stay!"

"Le meilleur hôtel en Martinique"

"There was no iron nor ironing board in the room. We had to request hangers as there were on 2 hangers available. It took 3 days to get the shower gel topped up."

"The room was clean. But we had to change our room 2 times because the air conditioner was not working. No compensation was offered for our troubles. The property need a serious upgrade. The location is fantastic, just on the beach."

Stationnement facile."

"Excellent staff, clean room. Breakfast does NOT include eggs or any form of protein, they’re an extra charge"

"Overall, we had a good experience during our stay. The hotel was well located, with convenient private access to the beach, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The only downside was the presence of tiny ants in the room. I understand this may be relatively common in a tropical destination like Martinique, but it was still a bit of an inconvenience. Aside from that, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the hotel’s location and hospitality."

"Quirky, boutique style hotel/lodge with beautiful, large, independent and well equipped villas, in the hills above Les Trois Ilets. Exceptional views of the bay from the main hotel. Perfect relaxation, after a week out at sea on a sailing boat. Out door spa was wonderfully relaxing with their signature massage for 2. The staff were very well trained, welcoming and nothing was too much. The lady on the front desk could not do enough for us to make our stay pleasant. Incredible value for money."

"You can book with this hotel without hesitation. I went twice in 2026 (June and November). Clean, comfortable, practical and well located with a beautiful view and beach. For your ckeck-in, easy but make sure you read the owner’s message in the Expedia application just after landing. Everything is indicated. Access code for the gate, box code for the room key, and wifi details. Unfortunately, I could not access the wifi from my rooms on both occasions. You have to get closer to the restaurant...

"It has a worm and traditional Caribbean ambience, with very observant and friendly staff. Well above expectations concerning breakfast, taking the hotel charges."

"Amazing location with great staff!"
