"Great older motel that sits right on Lake Michigan. We enjoyed walking the beach and watching the beautiful sunsets. The heated pool and hot tub were a plus."

The hotel smelled like ether/spray paint, not sure what work was being done, but room smelled both days terribly, no parking available Saturday evening, finally parked and hoped car was still there in the morning, dirty towel on back of door when we got there, garbage was left in room after cleaning and bed didn’t get made. "The hotel served its purpose of a place to lay our heads and pretty much nothing else. The bathtub/shower was pretty filthy, but the room itself was fine. It was in a very quiet location & easily accessible. There was no water fountain & breakfast was interesting, as it is in the Asian restaurant connected to the hotel? Overall, it was just fine and worked for what we needed & a cheap price point."
