"I enjoyed my stay at Harrahs. The hotel was nice and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. I ordered room service food from the grill which arrived quickly and tasted fresh. The only thing I was wondering was why The Bridges didn't have room service. I did go to Bridges for breakfast and it tasted fresh and flavorful. I enjoyed the casino with had a good selection of slots, but I would stay there even without gaming. I enjoyed it very much."

"This property has a 7.6 rating on the Expedia website - this needs to definitely be updated. When driving into the property the weeds around the property were 4-5 feet tall and limbs (some relatively big) had fallen from a tree and were just left there. The hotel smelled musty and smoky. We were given a room on the second floor. When we got on the elevator, I noticed that the inspection had expired in May 2026 (we were there Sep 2026). "The front desk was very pleasant at check in the room was a little outdated but very comfortable. The motel was in a great spot food at the next exit. The breakfast was so so they were short handed so the person doing the food was also the clerk checking people out. But the motel itself was a great stay."

"I booked & paid through Expedia. When I checked in I was charged an additional fee for booking through Expedia. This has never happened before and seems shady."

"Why booked the room on our return trip back through didnt have any issues the first time but the 2nd trip we were on 3rd floor the shower had mold in it and i asked for extra coffee and they gave it to me no problem but we got to our room no coffee pot i called someone had broken the pot and they didnt have one to replace it or offer to get another one from an empty room or move us coffee drinkers understand u wake up u want that 1st cup of coffee at the hotel its a comveince u pay for"

"The room was "clean" but needed some up keep. Dried paint on the floor, broken tiles in the shower and smoke detector was hanging out of the ceiling by the wires. TV was messed up and staffed didn't know how to fix it. I wouldn't stay there again, but for a cheap overnight stay it would work."

"Room has been remodeled. Some minor things like toilet paper holder and light switch should’ve been updated but clean, ac worked great, comfy bed. Towels were stained and small but for a one night stay while traveling on the road, can’t beat it for the price."
