"Great stay "

"Room was not cleaned nor bins emptied during our 3 night stay. Toiletries not replenished( just 2 sachets of shampoo). Meals were like school dinners- queue up,food added to your plate, return plate to serving table having emptied any leftovers in bin. Food not haut cuisine, and very carb heavy. Deluxe tents were excellent. Well equipped with plentiful sockets. lovely private bathroom en-suite with shower basin and loo. Lacked tea and coffee making facilities and robes . "This was a lovely hotel on the palm. Most staff are very attentive. Rooms exceptionally cleaned regularly. Service in the bar was hit or miss. We managed to have a room right next to the 24/7 construction site. But tbh it was white noise. Imagine some people would not be happy. "

"Excellent hotel, all staff are amazing, got upgraded to executive room with no extra charge with breakfast, made my day. Helpful tip - Palm Mall/Aura Skyview/Palm View is 10 mins walking distance, dont use Google maps, just ask the friendly staff and they will guide you through"
