"There were no amenities . I didn't bring my hair dryer or iron my clothes. Because most places have these. No microwaves or mini fridge . Coffee maker in lounge area . Tiny bottle of shampoo and bar of soap . Place is very dated not very clean and overpriced for what you get . But the lady at front desk was very friendly and took us right to our room . This place could be a beautiful hotel if the right people up kept it . It's resting on its laurels . I wouldn't return ."

"This was a great location while in town for a tournament at Cooperstown Dreams Park. It was easy to find, well-maintained, and a short drive to the park and town. We stayed in a family suite, which was spacious and had everything we needed for the week. Having an Ice maker and ability to do laundry in the suite was a huge help also."

"The king bed was very comfortable and sheets were high quality. New floors and bathroom recently updated and clean. Two chairs could be updated. I liked the separated vanity area from bathroom. It was quiet and the owner was very sweet. Good parking and air conditioner worked fine."

"I reserved a room in April for June 6 and 7. We get the 15 minutes after check in time and told there are no rooms. I told the lady I had a reservation and she says "no room". We did this a few times figuring she thought I was looking to book. Getting frustrated, I went back to my car to show her the reservation confirmation. That's when I see an email from Expedia saying they can't accommodate me. The email was sent about 20 minutes before check in time. This is the second year in a row...

"The Grand Colonial is a great choice for a temporary home in the Herkimer area. So rich in American Revolutionary history, the old mansion is an historic relic that is kept up-to-date by its current owners. Mike was our host, and he couldn't have done more to make us feel welcome and comfortable. We give it our highest recommendation."

"Just like it's name, this B and B is alongside the Erie canal. The room was large, with a nice seating area had a kitchenette and a very comfortable bedroom. Little Falls City is a lovely area in the Mohawk Valley of New York State and is very walkable. I would recommend staying in this B&B if you find yourself in the area."
