"The staff was amazing unfortunately it’s obvious the property owner has no intentions or love for the property. The exterior is surrounded by trash and overgrown bushes. When we arrive to our room, our door was wide open. Air conditioner was not on. There were still trash next to the bed and under the beds. The ceiling is covered in spiderwebs and thousands and thousands of dead bugs. I have pictures with documentation the floor appeared to have old vomit stains on it. The phone that’s in the room was not even plugged in was unable to use even if I needed to the balcony has a beautiful view unfortunately, our balcony still had empty beer boxes on it from the previous guest. When I spoke with the front desk in regards to a possible refund, they told me I could not unfortunately we do not stay in the room. We lost out on the hundred dollars and stayed at our friends place because I was afraid of what live lives in the room."
