"The room has a nice kitchenette and the room was clean, even for a “pet suite”, and it’s reasonable for $20/day pet fee. Only knock is that the sliding closet door, needs to be set back on its rail as it could fall down on a guest. And the shower body gel was empty. We stayed in Room 218. Budget friendly hotel."

"Bathroom was not very clean. Hair on and in bathtub and toenail/fingernail clippings on the floor from a previous renter. Door to room had a lot of daylight coming through. At night someone in another room or outside was smoking pot and could be smelled in the room. Bedding was good."

"Amazing stay. Our host Olivia was outstanding. She made sure we had everything we needed. Oliva checked on us evey now and then to see if we needed extra plates, towels. You name it she was v there for us making our stay unbelievable. She is highly recommended. Actually it was her first week at this facility. Olivia made a difference."

"No pool no river access. I left after paying. Just ate the cost and went to needles motel 6. Nice pool, river is a few miles away. Never catch me in bullhead city again. Oh an any river access is miles in either direction and its 25 bucks"

"This hotel had a large clean parking lot, friendly staff, water in the lobby, good fresh ground for each cup coffee for breakfast, and a good bed. My only complaint is the bathroom needed a good scrubbing. It was not very clean. Normally that would be a huge drawback for me but everything else was good and the staff was great so I give it a 4/5 overall anyway. I would stay here again, but might just ask for a different room after checking the bathroom next time."

"We absolutely love this place. We didn't bring any watercraft with us so it was perfect. We did not need to be on the river, but it sure was great to be able to walk to it in less than two minutes.!!! The competition does not have a pool you were in one of the hottest cities in America so you need a pool this place is great!"
