"When traveling into Mammoth and to the resort, be aware it is very dark driving at night. We had a late check-in and Joy was so helpful upon our arrival at the front desk. As she had warned us, there is no A/C but heavy duty room fans/portable ACs are available to turn it on once you get in the room. The accommodations are a bit dated, but I guess appropriate for the mountain appeal. Next time, we hope to enjoy the property and Mammoth longer rather than just passing through to sleep."

"We loved our stay here in the lodge. So much to do, and beautiful easy trails right around the lodge. We were pleasantly surprised with a delicious continental breakfast that came with our booking. The staff was great-Peter was super friendly and super helpful. We will be back!"

"I stayed one night at the single room, it was a last minute booking so I didn’t do much research. Super old room, toilet need to flush twice to work, no air conditioning, shower door didn’t shut. The building looks cute outside and the reception area looks nice, that’s about it. Everything is old, the wall is thin, you can hear your neighbors walking or turning on the water, they provide free ear plugs. Room has microwave and a small fridge. Free breakfast was ok, hot tub is a joke, no body...

"This unique hotel is situated right next to the town. We enjoyed the one-bedroom condo with the kitchen. The beds were very comfortable, including the sofa bed. The hot tub was great after a long day of hiking."

"When we arrived we found that the TV didn’t work. Called the front desk and the person came down. She didn’t have any idea what the problem was and she tried everything I had already done. So no TV the entire stay. The manager authorized a $15 off the stay. After they told me it was a simple fix and made it seem like it was operator error. The manager didn’t even call herself, she had the morning guy call me after we already left to deliver the “good news” of the refund. The floor was obviously...

"We were provided a room right away when we checked in however, when we opened the door it was immediately seen that the room had not been cleaned and the beds were unmade. We then went to the front desk where he apologized and gave us a new room. When we went into that room, it was turned over however, the comforters were stained with what looked like blood, there was trash in the nightstand drawers, footprints on the wood headboards, yellow stained towels along with just an overall dirty feel....
