"There was nothing complementary, there is no music in the common areas or pool area outside or inside, there was no light snacks…. Like so many other resorts…. Out side of these few things it’s a lovely place with friendly staff… it’s clean and smelled amazing…I would totally recommend this place…. "

Game Room Could Use Some Updates And Same With Work Out Room … Other Then That Staff Is Very Nice And Helpful. Breakfast Is Really Good Too. I Personally Didnt Try Dinner There But My Family Said It Was Amazing!"

"Everything was good for the most part. We had minor issues here and there so I’ll start with the person that was attending the food area; he was very inattentive, and even aggressive as he was restocking things. The breakfast food was good but we noticed that breakfast should have been served until 9am and by 8:40am, the eggs and potatoes were finished and they did not bring any more out. I don’t think that was cool because that left people that came down at 8:40 with no more food. If it says...

"The room and hotel were clean except that we had reserved a room with a fireplace and our fireplace was not working. We did have to move to another room ."

"The room was clean and fully stocked, the resort was also very clean and well maintained, the staff was super nice and helpful, my only complaint was that the hot tub was having issues getting warm but the pool was amazing, hopefully the hot tub will be warm the next time we go!"

"This was our third stay at Magnolia, the staff at the front desk is very friendly and helpful. The stream is beautiful and they just opened a restaurant. The food was really good. My only complaint is a cleanliness. I would suggest that they do some quality control around the cleanliness because the lodge was not clean. The floor was extremely dirty. There was some hair in the top. I didn’t feel comfortable using the kitchen because it was not clean.. just something to focus on moving forward....
