"This was a beautiful place. Breakfast was good variety. Rooms were very comfortable. Only reason we didn’t stay longer was there was not any rooms available for the remainder of our stay. We would have loved to stayed there longer."

"The hotel is going through some staff issues and the new housekeeping company is useless. Rooms were not well kept, dirty towels were given to me when I asked for new ones. Bedsheets smelled and had stains. Floors were dirty. Horrible. A shame because I stayed here a couple years ago and it was wonderful. Definitely won’t be back. I do have to say. Sonya is the manager and she was really, really trying to keep the guests happy, as I wasn’t the only one with issues. Poor gal had seen better days....

"Room was in excellent condition. Pool area & laundry facilities were clean. Variety of breakfast items. Our room had plenty of towels and they were extra-large!"

"This studio was great for a single traveler. The restaurant was amazing. The only complaint I had is you were able to hear very distinctly hear water running when people were taking showers. Louder than in a hotel room but not sure if it was from upstairs or next door. Also, they were doing some loud mantainence at 8pm. I would although definitely recommend and would stay there again"

"Spent several days there, visiting Yellowstone. Very convenient to the entrance. This place shows it's age in places. Shower was never hot, warm at best, and sometimes lukewarm to cool. They had a tv system that I'd never heard of, LG Channels. You could also use a few of your own streaming apps, but no way to access local channels. I've been all over the country, I've never stayed anywhere that you couldn't access local channels. And the wi-fi glitched...a lot. They had a simple breakfast, ...

"Staff was great, property was beautiful. Just wish the walls in the hotel were a little thicker, it felt like I could hear everything everyone else was doing in their rooms while staying in the Viking lodge. Or maybe they were just extremely loud. Would stay again though."

"The room was poorly laid out ...no proper sitting except on bed and the bed reflected that as it was broken down on the edges and uncomfortable to position to sleep. As the light from outside flashed through the windows you could see the voluminous amount of dust and hair left on the floor. The restaurant was very bad...poor service to the point we walked down the street for EVERY meal. Location was okay and the staff were pleasant."

The hotel provides complimentary washing machines, a delicious breakfast, a well-maintained pool with slides, and a spacious outdoor seating area with free firewood."
