"The hotel was nicely decorated with comfortable seating in the lobby. Our room was cool when we arrived and I loved the ability to stream our Netflix. The complementary toiletries were good quality, especially the soap. I may try to find it for home. The gift shop was nice too, with a variety of souvenirs and food for late night snacking. "

"Positives: The hotel was reasonably priced, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Moreover, every employee that I interacted with was pleasant and helpful. Negatives: The wifi was really poor, making it difficult to even watch sports or movies on my laptop. The hotel is pretty old and is in need of renovation. "

"Friendly staff and clean rooms. Very cool that they were the original cabins. Expect it to be rugged and rustic - but showers run hot and water pressure was great. Great place to call home for a night or two and no extra fee for the dog was a bonus. "

"The most comfortable way to stay in a tent in a beautiful setting! Fireplace made it cozy, bathroom w/shower made it feel like home. Everything was clean and in good shape. "

"The property itself (TB67) was nice and clean. However, I never received any satisfaction after reporting an A/C problem with the unit. It would not cool and would make a loud buzz every minute. It was implied by the front desk that I created the problem by turning it down to a low temp and would reset itself after being off for 24 hrs. It never corrected itself during my 3 day stay and was running that way when I arrived. A setvice technician did arrive to look at it on day 2. It was...

"The hotel is in a great location for use as a jumping off point for Yellowstone exploration and has many good dining & shopping options. All staff were friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and caring. The room was clean & secure and everything was in good working order. The only drawbacks were how small the room was (especially the super tight stand up shower) and lugging heavy luggage up and down stairs."
