"Room was clean and staff helped upgrade my room so I can stay close with the rest of my party. However my friend’s room bath started leaking. Not sure if it got fixed by the time we left. Property is very relaxing"

"Amazing hotel!!! The staff were so friendly and accomodating. The only thing is that there is no A/C since the property is older so keep that in mind BUT they do have fans to give you if needed. But they were amazing, bed was comfy and great views"

"Very helpful gentleman on checking in. The room we had was cottage with a fireplace. I loved the fireplace - it’s a gas fire which starts up at the flick of a switch. The cottages were over the road from the check in / main hotel. Most cottages were up a flight of stairs, and you park the car underneath. Our room was really spacious. The bed was comfy, but I think the pillows need replacing. The location is wonderful - Pacific Grove and Monterey are lovely!!"

"I was very unsatisfied with my stay the bathroom tub had woman hair and dusty . In my bed area a men sock was just randomly there and the worst of all the room had ants in sink area . For the amount of money I paid since I brought my pets work me at 50 dollars per pet plus stay I was very unsatisfied. "

"The hotel is in a great location. The beds where clean and comfortable. The shower was ok. The amenities where terrible, soap and lotion containers are cheap. There was only one chair to sit on. The small television does not have Netflixs, HBO or a menu to see what is on. The saddest part of this hotel are the grounds, weeds, leaves, dying trees and shubs. The pool looks like it is 20 or more years old. We tried to get towels from the maid service but the maids were not there, the only person...
