"THEY GAVE ME A KEY TO AN ALREADY OCCUPIED ROOM. My partner and I checked in around 9pm and the receptionist gave us a key to our room. "Nice cozy property in a decent location, not far from good restaurants, cafes and downtown. My only downside is having to pay for parking and a mandatory facilities fee (which we didn’t have time to use anyway). Other than that, it’s a perfect place to stay if you are doing a pacific coast drive!"

"No auto doors for disabled people on wheelchair, at night you could clearly hear the water flow on higher levels. Food quality and their restaurant was OK. As of now I am reversing I still don't have my final bill. At check out they said it is normal and we will email you the bill. It might be normal to you but never happened to me before. 4 star hotel was my only option on the beach in memorial long weekend. For sure, I won't be back. Not suitable for kids. "No housekeeping!!!! If you need anything you need to go ask in the front(extra blankets, pillows, trash bags..) . Room was kind of dirty. Floor was dirty foresures. We had to ask for a broom. They offered to have housekeeping come in and sweep and mop but my socks still got pretty dirty after the fact. The caulk in the shower is molding. The windowsills look gross, dirty, and dusty. Fingerprints all over the headboards. Water pressure sucks. Only thing okay was the price ($615 for 4 nights on...

"I usually love staying here, prices are reasonable, easy parking, facilities are lovely and it’s close to a lot. Unfortunately during my most recent stay the bathroom in my room didn’t seem to have been cleaned before I arrived. Perhaps only the linens were replaced. There was hair on the shower walls and on the floor and someone’s hand sanitizer had been left behind. I’d still recommend the place because my other stays have been pleasant."

"We really loved our stay with one exception. A woodpecker would wake us up daily between 6am-6:30am pecking loudly on the outside of our suite (#58). We asked if anything could be done but there wasn’t and it was a common occurrence. We would love to go back if we can be sure we could sleep in."
